Patti is a transformational leader distinguished for her innovative crisis leadership, strategic direction, and financial acumen.
As the first female president in the University of Central Oklahoma’s 132-year history, Patti led the institution through pivotal change—including navigating the global pandemic, launching nationally acclaimed online programs, modernizing student services, and fortifying the university’s financial health. Previously, as vice president for finance and administration and chief financial officer, she championed innovation and operational excellence. With a master’s in organizational psychology and a Ph.D. in organizational leadership, she pairs academic excellence with a proven record of impactful results.
An active advocate for social impact, Patti shapes policy and drives progress through her service on local, state, and national boards. Her steadfast commitment to the arts, economic development, and urban education reflects her dedication to building stronger communities.
